Electronic Debit Program

Keys Energy Services offers you a fast and easy way to pay your monthly electric bill. With Electronic Debit Program, your electric bill is automatically deducted from your checking/savings account or credit card monthly. You save the time of preparing your monthly payment and sending it in.

You authorize Keys Energy Services and your bank to automatically debit the amount of your electric bill from your checking or savings account. Each month, the money is transferred from your account to our account about 2 business days before the due date on the bill.

You can also authorize Keys Energy Services to debit the amount of your bill from your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).

Upon completion of the authorization forms, a series of tests will be accomplished between us, our bank, and your bank and/or credit card company. These tests will verify compatibility of our recorded information.

Testing will take one billing cycle so after you sign up, expect to pay one bill in the traditional way. By your second bill, the program will be in place on your account. You'll know the program is in place when you see the statement "Do Not Pay" on your bill.

To be eligible for the Electronic Debit Program, your account must be free of any checks returned for insufficient funds for the last 24 months.

Stop by our offices and a customer service representative will provide you with the necessary authorization forms  You will need to submit a voided check if debiting from your checking/savings account.

Online, you may print, complete, sign, and mail in the Authorization Form. Please be sure to include a voided check if debiting from your checking/savings account.
